About Drawn Together Art Collective
The Drawn Together Art Collective unites two artists, Maria Nilsson and Rebecca Hunter, who found friendship and a shared creative vision in a South London studio. Influenced by a love of music, travelling and nature, the duo combined, enabling them to embark on various projects, including gallery displays, market stalls and collaborations. Although working closely together, the individual members retain personal identities of artistic style and expression.
Maria and Rebecca continue to produce work in their own distinctive styles, but increasingly they have started to collaborate more, working together on artworks such as their Moon Collection, Zodiac Star Sign Prints and London Area Series. As a result, a joint artistic style has started to emerge. They enjoy the collaborative process and how two different approaches can come together to create new and interesting artworks.
